Benjamin (Ben) Gerrard
(He/Him/His)
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)
I work with brain and body based therapies to help people resolve difficult issues often based a trauma and or cultural abuse, neglect or trauma.
As a certified Brainspotting practitioner, I enjoy working with people to help them to release themselves from emotions and behaviors that they no longer want interfering with their life. I have spent years exploring the latest therapies and helping people to let go of anger, shame, guilt, anxiety, flashbacks, and depression as well as grief and problematic compulsions. The therapy is supportive and designed to help achieve the change you want in the shortest time possible.
