I have been practicing since 2014 in a variety of treatment settings ranging from inpatient hospitals to community mental health agencies, to my current private practice. Through years of practice, I possess an extensive knowledge of behavioral skills and coping strategies that can assist my clients in reaching their goals. As a therapist who has done the inner work, I am able to join my clients on their journey to wellness. I utilize an integrative approach that includes strength-based perspective, CBT, EMDR, amongst a variety of other evidenced-based modalities. I welcome clients of all ages, races, ethnicities, and genders.
