I really enjoy working with college students. I find that they are motivated to become the best they can be and welcome encouragement.

It's often so hard to reach out for help but I believe in this being a partnership. I'll work for you and with you to make progress on your issues that you bring to our sessions. I ask you to do the same. We will make goals and revisit them making new ones as you accomplish them. Sessions start out weekly and as you feel better we can go to every other week and then once monthly for a short time before you Graduate! Sometimes students take the summer off or obtain their goals and come back at a later time to work on something new. I am expecting that you will leave healthier and happier than when you first arrived!
