I believe we all have the capacity and innate strength to engage in the therapeutic process. Through a psychodynamic and humanistic approach, I cater and support our sessions around your level of comfort, readiness and willingness for engagement. As an alternative to talk therapy, I offer the creative arts therapies as a means to safely and comfortably facilitate self-expression. By utilizing the non-verbal art process, clients can gain insight and a greater sense of awareness of how their thought patterns, behaviors, strengths and challenges play into their current life.
