Feeling settled might involve skills, changing schemas, using tools. With current mind science, we know we have two brain states: a limbic state which looks for danger 8 times a second and a safe brain state which occurs in our middle prefrontal cortex. We will be able to explore tools that are right for you in a supportive environment.
