Greetings! I am a psychotherapist who practices NC.

Greetings! In addition to being a psychotherapist, I am a mother of two, and love cities and nature. To me working with people and helping them build the life they want to be living is a great joy and privilege. In my practice I endeavor to create a safe and warm space to explore and heal from painful experiences whether it is related to trauma, depression, anxiety, or painful childhood experiences. I have training in several evidence supported therapies including schema therapy, DBT, CBT, cognitive processing therapy for PTSD, and EMDR.
