Greetings! In addition to being a psychotherapist, I am a native Minnesotan, a mother of two, and love cities and nature. My first career was in non-profit management but I enjoyed working and helping people to such a degree that I changed careers - now I am a therapist in private practice. When I'm not working I enjoy gardening, making soap, playing with or training my family animals (two cats, two dogs, and two goats at the current time), helping my children, spending time outdoors whether it is in the city or nature, and biking/canoeing/walking etc.
