My approach to therapy honors the innate strength and intuition of clients. I work to understand the path that led you here and where you hope to go.

Have you ever felt lost in the maze of life's big questions? Like you're searching for something but can't quite grasp it? And then, there are those moments when life feels colorless, leaving us wondering if we've somehow missed out on the joy that others seem to find. In therapy, I strive to create a space where you can navigate these feelings and reconnect with your inner strength and intuition. It's a place to explore those moments of feeling lost or overwhelmed and learn to trust your instincts once again. Together, we'll unravel the threads of your past while focusing on the present, bridging the gap between your inner world and the world around you. And for those who navigate life with neurodivergence, we will work to understand the unique challenges of your experience and honor your strengths. I specialize in treating anxiety, grief, ADHD, and other neurodivergent experiences. I have additional training in somatic mindfulness and Internal Family Systems-informed techniques. I am a relational therapist who emphasizes our connections to others as powerful tools to healing. I work with individuals, couples, and families.
