What I like most about counseling is having the opportunity to meet and work with people of all ages and backgrounds.
I feel honored to be able to help and support clients, so they can move forward and have the quality of life they want and deserve. Some areas of expertise include: Anxiety, Depression, Relationship Issues, and Life Transitions. No matter what the issues, clients are met by a non-judgmental, caring counselor and are offered sessions in a safe and welcoming environment. I use a person-centered approach as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, supportive psychotherapy, and psychoeducation to help people to achieve their goals.
