Transitions Center was founded and is managed by a triple Board Certified psychiatrist of high repute who has lived and worked in the Phoenix area for over 25 years. Our providers excel in providing compassionate and individualized care while treating child, adolescent and adult patients with different types of psychiatric disorders and as well as co-occurring disorders. The center follows evidence based clinical guidelines and a holistic approach which leads to the most effective treatment of individuals suffering from various psychiatric disorders.
