I help clients navigate a variety of concerns including ADHD, trauma, anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, coping skills, and life transitions.

I help clients navigate a wide range of concerns, including ADHD, trauma, anxiety, and depression. I also support clients in managing emotions, navigating life transitions and building healthy coping skills. I’m passionate about helping clients improve their quality of life, build self-esteem, and strengthen their overall well-being. I work with both individuals and couples, adapting my approach to meet your unique experiences, challenges, and goals. I see therapy as a collaborative journey, a path we walk together toward healing, growth, and self-discovery. I believe that therapy should be a rewarding and engaging experience. My aim is to create a therapeutic environment that is safe, supportive and inclusive. I understand that taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming. By finding your way to this page, you’ve already begun that process. When you’re ready, I invite you to reach out and schedule a time for us to connect and together, we can take the next steps on your journey.
