I offer deep empathy and a peaceful presence to foster healing, learning, and transformation.

I look forward to hearing your story and helping you find clarity, build skills, and attain greater wellbeing. I have been a counselor since 2011 and have experience in school, partial hospitalization, and outpatient clinical settings. I have an eclectic approach to counseling, integrating a Person-Centered method with elements of art, mindfulness and self-compassion, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
