I am open to all clients at this time. I have experience with a large range of age groups and mental health concerns. It is a beautiful thing to sit with another and provide empathetic listening and compassion. I provide open and honest reflections and I ask for the same from those that share space and time with me. My therapy is rooted in understanding and growth and I believe that the therapist and client can grow together and learn from one another. I truly look forward to meeting you! First and foremost, I believe I can help by being present and engaged. I want my space to feel safe to you and I want to provide authenticity, helpful thoughts, and perspective on what client's might be struggling with. My specialities are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Reframing and Challenging, and Behavior Modification. I focus on compassionate listening and connection throughout my therapy session. Most importantly, I want to create a safe and inclusive space in my little cozy spot, whether we are meeting in person or via tele-health. I want therapy to be client driven and it is important for me to be present to what my clients want to work on in our sessions.
