I am a Licensed Associate Counselor offering individual therapy for clients ages 16 and older. I work with people navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, relationship and communication issues, and life transitions. I am passionate about helping you identify and use your own strengths and the resources around you, combined with tools learned in therapy, to reach your goals. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Strength-Based practices. I will work closely with you to understand your unique challenges and develop personalized, evidence-based strategies that support meaningful change.
