I aim to create a space that feels safe and encouraging where real progress can happen.

I am a Licensed Associate Counselor offering individual therapy for clients ages 16 and older. I work with people navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, relationship and communication issues, and life transitions. I am passionate about helping you identify and use your own strengths and the resources around you, combined with tools learned in therapy, to reach your goals. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Strength-Based practices. I will work closely with you to understand your unique challenges and develop personalized, evidence-based strategies that support meaningful change. I'm committed to creating an inclusive space for clients of all backgrounds. I've worked with individuals of diverse races, ethnicities, nationalities, religions, gender identities, sexual orientations, and life experiences. I approach each person with curiosity, respect, and openness.
