Audrey Jung
(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), National Certified Counselor (NCC)
I help high-achieving adults in Arizona and California manage stress, anxiety, and life transitions, using techniques cultivated over the past 30 years.
If you're the one everyone counts on—to show up, push through, perform under pressure—you’re not alone if that strength starts to wear thin. I work with high-achieving adults, including elite athletes, Paralympians, and Deaf and Hard of Hearing competitors, who are managing anxiety, burnout, or perfectionism behind the scenes. I use evidence-based tools like CBT and ACT to help you quiet the mental noise, stay focused in the moment, and move through setbacks without getting stuck. My style is warm, present, and collaborative—no judgment, no psychobabble. Just real conversations about what’s getting in your way and how to shift it. With 30 years of experience—and early training with pioneers like Albert Ellis and Steven Hayes—I offer a space where your lived experience is understood, respected, and supported. I’m fluent in ASL, and my office is wheelchair accessible with front-door parking.. Whether you’re navigating injury, transition, or performance pressure, I help you build the mental resilience to thrive—on your terms.
