Aubree Rankin

I strive to create a safe space where individuals can be their authentic selves and feel supported in their goals. I am passionate about walking alongside individuals and feel honored to be a part of their healing journey. I enjoy working with adolescents and adults from all backgrounds and walks of life. I work with life transitions, family of origin issues, anxiety, depression, relationship issues and trauma. Taking an Emotionally Focused Therapy approach to counseling, I focus on emotional awareness and attachment, helping clients develop healthier relationships and a deeper understanding of their emotions. I also utilize EMDR for trauma processing. I received my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Arkansas. I have received training in EMDR, Sandtray, and Emotionally Focused Therapy. In my free time, I enjoy spending time reading a good book, enjoying quality time with friends and family, exploring the outdoors, and discovering food and dessert spots in NWA.
