My objective as a psychotherapist is to create and hold a space where my clients feel safe to present as their authentic selves. Regardless of background and personal circumstances, I strive to empower my clients to utilize their unique lived experience to cultivate peace in the present moment and tools to successfully navigate the road ahead. My approach accounts for the continuing expansion and understanding of control we have over our well-being. This approach includes a scientifically supported foundation for clients to not only take back control of their life but also acquire skills that may be necessary to navigate the road ahead.
