Ashley Trice

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (she/her) and have experience doing therapy with adolescents and adults for over 16 years. I also do supervision for provisionally licensed social workers. I have extensive experience with anxiety, depression, trauma, women's issues, and navigating difficult family dynamics. I believe that we have most of the tools we already need to make change. Therapy is simply a place where these tools can be identified and strengthened. I also believe people make lasting change through interpersonal relationships. Currently I can see telehealth and in person clients in NC, and telehealth only in the state of Florida.
