I welcome and affirm all identities and backgrounds. I believe you are the expert of your own experience and aim to meet you where you are at.

My clients often come to me feeling overwhelmed, stuck in self-doubt, weighed down by anxiety, or struggling with people-pleasing and perfectionism. Many of my clients are able to function quite well...until they're not. Maybe you look like you have things put together on the outside, but inside you feel like you're drowning. Many of my clients find themselves trying to do more and more in order to feel more worthy, but they often find that it never feels like enough. I also work with parents, particularly a lot of moms who don't feel like themselves, feel overwhelmed with worries or scary thoughts, and may be having a hard time connecting with their baby or others. I offer a compassionate space to experience and explore what you’re going through. Therapy with me is collaborative, flexible, and focused on helping you feel more grounded and connected, both to yourself and to others. I utilize my training in perinatal mental health and personal experience as a mother of two in my work with moms. I utilize an integrative, person-centered approach with elements of parts work (from IFS) and narrative therapy, while a Systemic Lens underpins my work. This means I view clients within the broader contexts of their relationships, families, cultures, and societal influences. In your first session, we'll explore what brought you to therapy and decide the best ways to help you reach your goals.
