Whether you have previous experience with therapy, this is your first time or if you are skeptical about therapy, I am here for you.

My goal in the therapy room is to create a safe, non-judgmental space for you to be able to navigate things like life transitions, depression, anxiety, grief and unresolved trauma. Together, we can uncover underlying patterns, develop coping strategies, and build resilience. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. If you are wanting to go deeper I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and love using that approach to help clients heal from trauma and other core issues that cause significant distress. If you want to see a little bit of my personality find me on Instagram @counseling_with_ashley
