Psychologist
I believe therapy should be easy to get into, get out of, and come back to when needed.
I specialize in working with women, young adults, LGBTQ populations, and developing professionals. My approach to psychotherapy is collaborative and existential, and I incorporate a variety of treatment methods as appropriate, including cognitive-behavioral, process-experiential, narrative and solution-focused strategies. I strive to create an environment where people feel supported and challenged to explore their fears, discover their strengths, and thrive. Telehealth sessions currently, both individual and couples. Reduced fee slots are sometimes available. I draw on over 18 years of experience training doctoral-level counseling and clinical psychologists, and provide clinical supervision and consultations for graduate students and post-doctoral clinicians. I believe therapy should be easy to get into, easy to get out of, and easy to come back to when needed. Feel free to call me; I am happy to answer your questions to see if we might be a good fit. Clients of all backgrounds are welcome.
