I offer in person and telehealth based on my availability and your needs. I approach treatment holistically, taking sleep, nutrition, movement, trauma, and other health factors into consideration. Reach out to me to schedule an appointment, and know that you will have a non-judgemental space to confront and resolve your concerns. I look forward to getting to know you. Our practice also offers halotherapy, vibroacoustic therapy, massage therapy, reiki healing, yoga, occupational therapy, and a registered nurse practitioner who prescribes medication. We also accept a wide range of insurance plans. If you don't see yours listed just ask!
