Ashley Parks

I love working with clients who are seeking to find and strengthen their voice, live their life authentically, and reconnect with themself in the aftermath of traumatic or stressful life events. I am passionate about supporting folks who find that old patterns they are holding onto are impacting their relationships and quality of life today. In particular, I work with people of all genders who have experienced sexual or intimate partner violence, and specialize in working with transgender and gender nonconforming folks. I view therapy as a cooperative endeavor, and like to weave in art, music, mindfulness, and the mind-body connection into my practice. I am sex worker, kink, trans, and LGBQ+ affirming.
