At first, my career was focused on advocacy and mobilizing communities around social injustice. I then decided to shift my focus to clinical work and since becoming licensed I have worked with individuals from diverse backgrounds. It is important to me to start where my clients are and provide a safe collaborative relationship to work towards their goals. Treating my clients with a trauma-informed lens is vital to create a safe space to allow for healing. I use a variety of modalities to best identify my client's needs and provide an individualized treatment plan. I'm a therapist with Octave and Evernorth Behavioral Care Group.
