It's hard to face ourselves, our lives & our experiences, but I believe it's even harder to continue to ignore or delay, our own desire for change. I'm here as we figure out how to help you cope, heal, and/or grow. I take a trauma-informed, holistic approach to mental health care and incorporate various therapeutic modalities as appropriate, depending on your needs.
