Perhaps you're questioning your identity, having a hard time navigating societal/familial expectations, or figuring out who you are. It's hard to face ourselves, our lives & our experiences, but I believe it's even harder to continue to ignore or delay, our own desire for change. I'm here as we figure out how to help you cope, heal, and/or grow. I take a trauma-informed, holistic approach to mental health care and incorporate various therapeutic modalities as appropriate, depending on your needs. I aim to give clients tangible skills to create real change in their lives. I would love to support you on your journey.
