My number one priority is for the people I work with to feel safe and supported. I specialize in helping people with anxiety, depression, and much more.
I specialize in helping people who are experiencing anxiety and depression, as well as issues related to work, school, and relationships. I am passionate about working with my clients to improve their self-care, self-esteem, and ability to meet the goals that they set for themselves in a gradual and realistic way. I also work with those who are experiencing or have experienced trauma, infertility, life transitions, and grief and loss. My number one priority is for the people I work with to feel safe and supported. I meet my clients where they are, and follow their lead so that they leave our sessions feeling like their most immediate needs and concerns were addressed. One of my primary strengths as a psychologist is creating a relationship where my clients feel safe to speak their truth - to express their biggest fears, regrets, and worries - and to know that I am not there to judge them, but to make them feel seen and heard. Some of our greatest needs as human beings are to feel heard and understood. This is something that we all deserve, but unfortunately do not always experience. Therapy allows this to happen in a safe and nonjudgmental way. You are not alone.
