I believe that genuine human connection is necessary for successful counseling so we can co-create a space so you can feel seen and heard.

I am a LCSW. I earned a bachelor’s degree in Social Work at Meredith College in 2016, and earned a master’s degree in Social Work at NC State University in 2017. I have over 5 years of experience working in community-based mental health and outpatient therapy with individuals and families. I provide support for teens, young adults and adults experiencing stress, trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, identity stressors, racial/cultural oppression, women's issues, relationship stress, and perinatal mental health (pregnancy, postpartum depression and anxiety, and birth trauma). I provide therapy for other therapists. I believe genuine human connection aids successful therapy, which means you and I show up as our authentic selves and co-create a space where you feel seen and heard. We'll talk about the easy and hard things, work on feeling better, and celebrate achievements. I'm Perinatal Mental Health trained and EMDR trained, and certified in CBT, CPT, TFCBT, and CPP.
