I welcome individuals of all backgrounds, identities, and experiences.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who specializes in supporting college students and young adults as they navigate the challenges, transitions, and growth that come with university life. Students often describe me as warm, grounded, and easy to talk to — someone who balances deep emotional support with practical tools you can use in everyday life. Starting college, adjusting to new environments, managing academic pressure, navigating friendships and relationships, managing family expectations as a first-generation student, figuring out identity and purpose, and preparing for life after graduation can feel overwhelming. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, burnout, trauma, relationship stress, or feeling unsure about your direction, therapy can be a space to slow down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and reconnect with yourself. Our work together will feel collaborative, supportive, and honest. We’ll move at your pace — combining meaningful reflection with practical strategies to help you feel more confident, grounded, and aligned with who you are becoming. Therapy isn’t about fixing you; it’s about helping you understand yourself more deeply and develop tools that support your growth during this important stage of life. I integrate trauma-informed approaches including EMDR and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), along with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based methods, to support healing in ways that feel safe and effective. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, respected, and empowered as you navigate college and the transitions ahead.
