I enjoy working with you on the goals you choose and helping you live authentically. I am an ally, openminded, and work in a covert space.

I am proud of you for taking the first step in finding a therapist or counselor. I am a born and raised Kansan and brought my family back here after my husband's military career was done. I have a history with child welfare, adoption, and mental health as well as working in and around military populations. I am a strength-based, person-centered counselor and will use evidenced based practices that fit your specific needs. I am accepting clients of all backgrounds, religions, and identities. I look forward to hearing from you.
