I am a fellow NCSU graduate with over 13 years experience helping clients navigate issues with depression, anxiety, life transitions & managing stress.

My name is Ashley Finch and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) offering counseling services to adults across the state of North Carolina. I earned my Bachelor’s in Psychology and my Master’s of Social Work from North Carolina State University. I have versatility in working in a variety of mental health settings, my work has been driven by a commitment to empowering individuals and their families, promoting healing, and supporting long term mental health goals and an overall improved quality of life. Current Counseling Specialties I opened my own private practice in 2021. I specialize in supporting adults dealing with depression, anxiety, navigating major life changes/challenges, life coaching, and women’s health issues - including reproductive trauma, postpartum issues, and infertility. I have completed many training sessions in women’s health and reproductive trauma along with experiencing my own struggles with infertility and endometriosis. I understand what it’s like to deal with complex and inconclusive diagnoses, the grief, and isolation from the scarcity of support.
