My therapeutic approach has a holistic framework and I draw on different therapeutic models to target your specific needs, values, and goals. Taking an evidenced-based, client-centered, and existentially informed approach, I work with individuals from a variety of backgrounds on issues including depression, anxiety, work stress, trauma, PTSD, mood disorders, addictions, domestic violence, and organizational alignment. I have served children, adolescents, adults, and families for over fifteen years through direct care, clinical consultation, and organizational management. I don’t want you to suffer anymore. Together, we will find new ways to cope that allow you to live a life less encumbered by anxiety and stress. My style is warm, direct, nonjudgmental, and appropriately humorous.
