My approach is affirming, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs. I believe growth doesn’t come from pressure, but from presence, and patience.

You might be here because something in your life feels heavier than usual; a transition you didn’t expect, a relationship that feels confusing, anxiety that shows up out of nowhere, or a sense of being stuck that you can’t quite name. You’re trying to hold it all together, but it’s exhausting, and you’re ready for a space where you don’t have to do that. My clients often describe wanting to feel more grounded, improve their communication, understand their emotions better, and reconnect with parts of themselves they feel they’ve lost or outgrown. Some are navigating major life changes, others are simply moving through quieter internal shifts that still deserve attention and care. Many are neurodivergent and looking for support that feels affirming, collaborative, and respectful of who they are. Not who they are told to be. I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and neurodivergent individuals experiencing anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My approach is trauma-informed, person-centered, and rooted in curiosity and compassion. I integrate DBT skills and the Gottman Method to support emotional regulation, communication, and sustainable, meaningful change — without judgement, urgency, or pressure. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, unsure of where to start, or sensing that something needs to shift, you’re not alone. Therapy can be a place to slow down, sort through what’s happening, and figure out what you need moving forward. You don’t have to navigate this chapter by yourself — and you don’t have to have it all figured out to begin. I’d be honored to walk alongside you as you move toward greater clarity, connection, and self-understanding.
