Ashley Cook
(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
You are the expert on your life and your own experiences. Together, we will create space for you to heal.
I use a trauma informed and interpersonal lens to support individuals through sexual and interpersonal trauma, issues related to neurodivergence, the LGBTQIA+ experience, life transitions, low self esteem, and challenging relationships. I am EMDR trained and well-versed in working with a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, social anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, autism, and grief. I come from a background in the humanities and a decade of therapy experience. I work with both undergraduates and grad students.
