Hello, I provide personalized, compassionate guidance to help students navigate academic, career, and personal growth with confidence and clarity.

I am a licensed Resident in Counseling in Virginia and am supervised by Kathleen Van Allen, LPC. I specialize in working with individuals of all ages (children, teens, and adults) using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to manage life's challenges and promote emotional well-being. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, ADHD, anger, depression, OCD, insecurities, or navigating transitions, I’m here to help you develop the tools to cope, heal, and thrive. In my practice, I aim to help you live an authentic life where your actions align with your values. I believe in a collaborative approach to therapy and prioritize my clients’ goals and desires for growth. I am also committed to fostering a safe and non-judgemental space that involves meeting individuals where they are at in the healing process. I enjoy working with individuals to overcome obstacles or difficult dynamics and partnering with them through the ups and downs of day-to-day life. As an advocate for mental wellness, I am dedicated to supporting individuals on their path to living fulfilling and meaningful lives.
