Ashlei Kretz

Ashlei Kretz is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Colorado who has been in practice since 2010. She holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Social Work and is specifically trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy. This evidence-based approach is a key component of her work in helping individuals navigate the complexities of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder and its associated symptoms. As a provider who has personally experienced various life transitions, she is dedicated to helping her patients develop positive coping skills and healthier thought patterns to overcome challenges with anxiety, depression, and trauma.
