I work with people of all ages who are looking to heal and recover mental health symptoms that are disrupting their day to day life.

My approach is centered on finding both relief and understanding of your personal mental health symptoms. I've spent the past few years working with (not against!) anxiety, depression, trauma, neurodiversity, perinatal/postpartum health, and stressful life circumstances. My goal is for each of my clients to have a greater understanding of how their thoughts, emotions, and experiences are connected and to do so in unique ways dependent on your personal learning style. We will problem solve situations that come up, heal past wounds, and recognize a path to a more genuine future that feels right to you. I love to utilize expressive art work, narrative space, play, and collaborative work together to further understand you or to even help you gain clarity on different parts of yourself.
