Aryan Bogle
(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
I strive to provide an environment where you feel seen and heard. I believe each person is unique with strengths they can build on.
I am excited you are considering starting therapy. To make sure I am the best fit, I want to introduce myself and explain some of my professional experience. I have been practicing since 2013 in various settings, including Emergency Departments, Child Welfare Agencies, Community Mental Health Centers, and Private Practice. I enjoy working with individuals from a wide variety of backgrounds, treating everyone with dignity and respect. My approach is to create an open space where you can discuss your worries. I cater your treatment to meet your own unique needs, and will help you work to discover your inherent self-worth. I am trained in Animal Assisted Therapy and have my co-therapist Graham (Golden Retriever) with me in the office. I also utilized several evidence-based treatment models, such as Gottman and PREPARE/ENRICH, which are used for premarital and marital counseling. I can implement interventions from other modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and I am working on a certification in Cognitive Processing Therapy.
