We will work together to help you learn healthy coping strategies to decrease and eliminate depression, anxiety and substance abuse, learn to identify and break unhealthy relationship patterns, identify and work through the core issues that are causing your depression, anxiety and/or substance abuse symptoms, identify and work through issues concerning sexuality and identity, improve self esteem, increase you ability to set and maintain healthy boundaries, and decrease and/or eliminate patterns of codependent behavior.
