Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, substance use, or a mood disorder, I'm here to listen and adjust our approach based on your needs and feedback. I also specialize in helping those with substance use disorders, a passion that stems from personal experience with loved ones. When I'm not in the office, you can find me snuggling with my dog, working out, kickboxing, or playing board games or Dungeon and Dragons, a great way to be strategic, creative, and social. Starting treatment can feel overwhelming, but finding the right provider is key, and I'll work with you every step of the way.
