Take the first step towards healing today. We're here to help. We are an warm, affirming, and safe space for all bodies and identities.

At Mindful Healing, we understand that it takes tremendous courage to ask for help. We want to walk alongside you on your therapy journey, and provide the tools and resources you need to take charge of your well-being. Our therapists work with teens, young adults, and adults with a variety of concerns. Being a therapist has given me the privilege to meet and work with some of the most amazingly strong and courageous people. It is an honor to hold space for others and engage in this type of work. I am passionate about supporting my clients through their healing journeys to help them live a more healthy and joy filled life. Founding Mindful Healing Counseling was born from my love for helping people find inclusive and affirming therapy spaces, no matter their background, and helping to make positive and lasting change in their lives.
