Hey y'all, I'm an Afro-Latina Therapist Associate based in Durham, NC. While working with adolescents and adults, I base my approach on Acceptance Commitment Therapy and Person-Centered Theory. We will find ways to exist in the present moment while acknowledging, processing, and coping with past experiences and current stressors.
