I am an eclectic therapist who specializes in working with young adults, the LGBTQ+ community, & people challenged with depression, anxiety and isolation.

Do you often feel overwhelmed by your day to day responsibilities or routine? Are you struggling with adjusting to transitions in life that make it difficult to connect with others, manage stress or function daily? Do you find it difficult to break habits in personal, professional or intimate aspects of life that may be holding you back from achieving your full potential? I encourage you to take the first step in reaching out so that together we can embark on a journey towards healing and self-improvement. My therapeutic approach is founded in emphasizing the strengths of each individual, meeting clients at their level and maintaining an empathetic, nonjudgmental relationship. I passionately believe every individual has the ability to live a fulfilling and content life and am committed to partnering with you as we work to achieve this. I am experienced in working with clients in all stages of life inclusive of children, adolescents, and adults. My treatment style is eclectic in combining techniques from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, mindfulness practice, motivational interviewing and Solutions-Focused Brief Therapy.
