I take an integrative approach to psychotherapy, utilizing my certification as an Integrative Mental Health Professional along my trainings in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and trauma-informed interventions to help clients regain control over their lives and live to their highest potential. I am currently going through a certificate training in Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy and am looking forward to being able to utilize this modality for the benefit of my clients.
