I love what I do! It is a gift helping people learn about themselves, live more authentically, and live with more compassion for self and others.

I have over 20 years of experience working with diverse people and concerns. Depression, grief, anxiety, trauma, relationship/family issues, self-esteem, men's issues, identity, career, sexuality, spirituality, and more. I'm licensed in NC & Virginia. PSYPACT certified to do tele-therapy in most states. I welcome and affirm clients of all identities and backgrounds in my practice. I work to build a solid therapy relationship and often discuss how the interaction is going. I've specialized in work with young adults (18-30) but also have extensive experience with adults over 30. I help people connect to their emotions, stop avoidance patterns, live more authentic lives, relate better with others, have more self-compassion and self-love, and live a value driven life. To not be ruled by the past and live in the now. I use trauma-informed methods, IFS, CBT, interpersonal, mindfulness, art/creativity, and dream interpretation to help. To schedule, call or email for self-pay ($140/session). For insurance (NC only), verify and schedule directly through Headway at https://headway.co/providers/anthony-teasdale?utm_source=pem&utm_medium=direct_link&utm_campaign=86178 Anthony offers accessible teletherapy across multiple states through his PSYPACT certification, making it easier for young adults and adults alike to receive compassionate, trauma-informed care. He provides expert support for those seeking help with depression, anxiety, and identity exploration, especially in North Carolina, where he accepts insurance via Headway. Known for his work with LGBTQIA+ affirming care and clients navigating life transitions, Anthony is dedicated to helping individuals live more authentic, value-driven lives with greater self-compassion and emotional connection.
