I work with all people who need help with issues they are having. I offer a warm and inviting space in which we work together.
During this time of public health emergency, I understand well the feelings we are all experiencing. Anxiety, fear, and uncertainty all can be felt during these times. You may need someone to talk to and help relieve any anxiety or depression you may be feeling. I offer a safe and warm environment in which to talk. Even though sessions will be over video or telephone, I offer the same compassionate and understanding ear, along with a voice with which to help you work through this time.
