The world changes constantly, and change is scary. I want to work to help you empower yourself to meet the ever-changing world with your own changes. I enjoy working with adults and young adults experiencing struggles related to trauma, addiction, and a range of other difficulties. I believe that overcoming these struggles is a highly individual process and that every client brings their own unique set of challenges, perspectives, and strengths, so I take an approach to therapy that centers on you as the expert on you. I use practices such as Motivational Interviewing and Mindfulness-based approaches to help clients move toward positive change and increase resiliency, as well as techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help build self-understanding and equip clients with coping skills.
