I have been practicing for over 20 years in a variety of settings. I see clients of all ages, and I really enjoy working with college students. My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and eating disorders. I try to help my clients understand patterns in their lives that may be getting in the way of happiness and also work to help people develop tools to cope with life's challenges.
