I look forward to meeting you! I have extensive experience working with those struggling with eating disorders, anxiety, self-esteem, body image, and substance abuse. I have 5 years of experience in the field of mental health and have worked across a variety of settings including outpatient substance abuse treatment, partial hospitalization, outpatient, inpatient psychiatric, and nonprofit. My main treatment modalities are Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I am also trained in and utilize motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, and mindfulness-based stress reduction interventions.
