Hello! I’m Anne Amrein, MEd, LPC, owner of Oklahoma Clarity Therapy. For over 15 years, I have helped clients find clarity, build emotional resilience, and develop practical tools for navigating life’s challenges. I work with individuals, couples, families, adolescents, and children experiencing grief, relationship or family concerns, divorce, anxiety, school or work stress, job loss, major transitions, and unexpected struggles. I believe meaningful, positive change is possible regardless of your circumstances. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward.

Reserves times throughout the week for new clients after discharge from the hospital.
Adjusts scheduling to accommodate new clients after their hospitalization.
