I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor who has been fully licensed since 2019. I specialize with treating issues such as anxiety, parenting, and family of origin concerns. I believe that you have to root down and become grounded in yourself in order to grow. I also believe that, similar to plants, many of our issues can be resolved by looking at and treating our "roots" or beginnings. In therapy together, we will examine your early childhood patterns and environment as well as societal and cultural influences or barriers.
