I enjoy working with clients to manage anxiety, OCD, trauma and living with chronic illness.

I help clients with a variety of concerns including anxiety/OCD, ADHD, depression, trauma and chronic illness find balance and peace. Feeling “not good enough” or “paralyzed” by emotion doesn’t have to rule your life. I enjoy helping folks navigate the trickiness of our modern world; a world that is constantly telling us how we're “supposed” to be. Together we will sit down and unravel the complexities of being human in order to get to the root causes and find a more meaningful, intentional and workable path forward. We may identify underlying patterns and how they impact you, develop skills to manage difficult thoughts and emotions, explore values and how they are guiding your life choices, discuss relationships, communication and boundary setting, process traumas, and practice self-compassion. Therapy will be about working on what's important to you. In sessions, you can expect a warm, down-to-earth human that listens intently with curiosity and sensitivity to your emotional needs while also being direct and honest so we can cut straight to the heart of the matter. My goal is to provide an emotionally safe space and tools for you to begin the work of making change wherever you may be right now.
