I’m a queer and neurodivergent therapist dedicated to creating a supportive and inclusive therapeutic space for individuals, couples, and families.

You might notice that who you are today feels different from who you used to be. Life transitions can stir up questions about identity, relationships, or body changes. However, you don't have to navigate it alone. My aim to help you untangle harmful narratives and reconnect with a stronger sense of self. I work with Gen Zers, couples, and families navigating shifts in connection, neurodivergence, trauma, and body image. I also support those processing medical weight loss, weight stigma, and fatphobia. For couples, I offer a proactive space to prepare for marriage, deepen bonds, or prevent recurring issues. I help Gen-Z clients exploring identity, stress, and AuDHD; couples strengthening connection through premarital or preventative work; and individuals facing body image concerns, fatphobia, weight stigma, and medical weight loss (including GLP-1s). My work centers on helping you challenge unhelpful stories and beliefs to feel more empowered in who you are. My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in humor and honesty. You’ll have space to explore what’s been holding you back, challenge the stories that no longer serve you, and build deeper connection with yourself and others. Reach out for a free consultation to see if working together feels right for you.
